We are looking for a driven, sales professional to join our growing team. This position involves marketing and selling TILPRO’s services to both businesses and consumers. This position will focus on 3 main areas of TILPRO’s services: web design and development, internet marketing,and graphic design.
This person will need to be fully driven and carry a positive attitude to win new customers and develop relationships with existing customers. They will be responsible for making their own income as this will be a commission only role. Commissions will remained uncapped, and the members of the sales team will be able to make their own hours based on their own levels of determined success. Commissions per sale could range from $200 to over $500. A qualified and successful Sales Associate should be able to sell approximately 5-10 services a month.
Standard Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Prospecting adequate clients
Networking and collecting referrals
Consulting prospected clients on services
Gathering participation from clients to meet with account managers to receive free estimated quotes and evaluation for such services
Negotiating and selling clients on estimated value of services
Applicants are expected to have 2+ years of previous sales experience, 2+ in B2C sales or 1+ in B2B sales.
A basic understanding of computers and the internet will be necessary.
The ideal sales associate will also have excellent communication skills, upbeat personality, the ability to pay close attention to details, and an outstanding work ethic.
Minimum education required is a 2 year degree from a credited university. A four-year continuing educational student will be considered for intern opportunities as well.
